After the replacement or repair is completed, the die casting machine template is installed. Install the new die casting machine template or the repaired die casting machine template on the die casting machine in the prescribed order and orientation, and lock it with the corresponding locking mechanism. Ensure that all connections and seals are properly assembled and there is no leakage.
After the installation is completed, a trial run test is carried out. Start the die casting machine and check whether the new die casting machine template or the repaired die casting machine template runs smoothly without abnormal sounds or vibrations. At the same time, observe the molding effect of the die casting to ensure that it meets the quality requirements.
Finally, after all operations are completed, clean up the site and dispose of the remaining materials. Ensure that the working environment is clean and orderly to prepare for subsequent die casting production. At the same time, return and maintain the tools and equipment used in the replacement or repair process for the next use.
